1. Services Provided

MiraClean LLC offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Residential cleaning
• Commercial cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleanings
• Airbnb turnovers
• Deep and maintenance cleanings

All services are subject to prior agreement, based on availability, scope of work, and client requirements.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

To book your cleaning, simply reach out through our website, phone, or email.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service charge to cover time and preparation.

3. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Zelle
• Venmo
• Direct deposit

Payment is due after the service is completed.
Please note that we do not accept checks.

4. Taxes

All services are subject to applicable taxes. In Minnesota, a 6.875% sales tax is added to your total unless otherwise specified.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, please make sure our team has timely and secure access to your home or business at the scheduled time.

The space should be free of hazards, with adequate lighting and ventilation, so our staff can perform their work efficiently and safely.

We kindly ask that you notify us in advance about:

• Any fragile, valuable, or delicate items
• Special surfaces or cleaning product preferences
• Pets or other people who will be present during the service

MiraClean reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if the environment is not safe for our staff.

6. Liability Disclaimer

At MiraClean, we treat your space and belongings with the utmost care and respect.
If something unexpected happens, please notify us within 24 hours of the service so we can evaluate the situation and provide a fair resolution.

However, MiraClean is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Improperly installed fixtures or furniture
• Items not identified as fragile or requiring special care

While we do our best to prevent any incidents, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond the scope of the cleaning service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your clean space.
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of the service.

We’ll do our best to return and address the concern at no additional cost, as long as it falls within the scope of the original service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on this website, including logos, images, text, and service descriptions, are the property of MiraClean LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Modifications

MiraClean LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Minnesota, United States.
