Services Provided<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MiraClean LLC offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Residential cleaning<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commercial cleaning<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Move-in and move-out cleanings<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Airbnb turnovers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deep and maintenance cleanings<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b><br \/>All services are subject to prior agreement, based on availability, scope of work, and client requirements.<\/b><\/p><h3><b>2. Scheduling and Cancellations<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To book your cleaning, simply reach out through our website, phone, or email.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We kindly ask for at least 24 hours&#8217; notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service charge to cover time and preparation.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>3. Client Responsibilities<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, please make sure our team has timely and secure access to your home or business at the scheduled time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The space should be <\/span><b>free of hazards<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with <\/span><b>adequate lighting and ventilation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, so our staff can perform their work efficiently and safely.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We kindly ask that you notify us in advance about:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any fragile, valuable, or delicate items<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special surfaces or cleaning product preferences<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pets or other people who will be present during the service<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>MiraClean reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if the environment is not safe for our staff.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>6.
