  • Dust all accessible surfaces (tables, shelves, décor, furniture within reach).
  • Dust baseboards, doors, and light fixtures within reach.
  • High-touch surfaces wiped.
  • Vacuum and mop all accessible floors.
  • Empty bins & replace bags.
  • Kitchen:
  • Clean countertops and backsplash.
  • Wipe stovetop and range hood (exterior only).
  • Microwave (interior & exterior).
  • Appliance exteriors (fridge, dishwasher, oven, etc.).
  • Sink scrubbed and faucet polished.
  • Kitchen cabinet exteriors spot-cleaned as needed.
  • Bathrooms:
  • Toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs cleaned and disinfected.

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped.
  • Bedrooms & Living Areas:
  • Dust accessible furniture and décor.
  • Mirrors and glass surfaces cleaned.
  • Beds made (with current sheets, or fresh ones if left on bed).

  • Wall washing or removal of heavy marks/stain.
  • Garage, attic, patio, or storage room cleaning.
  • Carpet shampooing / upholstery cleaning.
  • Moving/lifting heavy furniture or appliances.
  • Pet waste / litter box cleaning.
  • Post-construction debris removal (paint, plaster, dust).
  • Fixtures, ceilings, or light fittings above 10 ft / not safely reachable.

Bed making (with current sheets or fresh ones if left on the bed) and microwave interior cleaning are
always included at no extra cost.

  • Important Notes
  • Timeframe: Standard cleanings typically take 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size and current condition of your home.
  • Accessibility: Our team focuses on all safely accessible areas of your home. For everyone’s safety, we don’t move heavy furniture or appliances, and we avoid fixtures, ceilings, or light fittings above 10 ft.
  • Exclusions: Walls are not included due to the risk of damaging delicate paint (only kitchen backsplashes are cleaned). This service does not cover post-construction or post-painting cleaning.
  • Additional requests: We’re happy to accommodate extra tasks beyond our standard checklist. These are considered add-on services and may include an additional charge, always confirmed with you in advance.
  • Pets: For homes with pets, our team makes every effort to remove pet hair. However, due to the nature of fabrics and surfaces, 100% removal cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Deposit: For all First Clean (Deep Clean) services, a $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your final balance and can be sent via Zelle or Venmo. This helps us reserve your spot and prepare the team for the extra time and detail involved in your initial cleaning. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of same-day cancellation.
  • Confirmation: MiraClean completes an internal walkthrough before each service to review the property and confirm conditions. Photos may be taken before and after cleaning for quality assurance. Expectations and scope of work are always confirmed in advance, ensuring clarity and peace of mind for every client.
